Ho Ho Ho Yellow Snow Deluxe: Accept No Substitutes!

They say that plagiarism is the sincerest form of flattery, in which case I guess we should be pretty flattered, because our award-winning flash game Ho Ho Ho Yellow Snow has been copied by a Russian iPhone developer and stuck on the App Store.

We’re assuming that Lemicosoft, who made the game Bad Santa, didn’t realise that Ho Ho Ho Yellow Snow had been played by millions of people all over the world, and hoped that no one would notice that they ‘borrowed’ some parts of the game, even going as far as to copy the description and the music!

We got in touch with Lemicosoft and told them they were out of order, and to their credit, they were very apologetic, and agreed to take the app down from the App Store.  That doesn’t excuse them stealing it in the first place, but it goes at least a little way to making up for it.

The original – and best – iPhone version of Ho Ho Ho Yellow Snow, is available on the App Store right now.
